Tuesday's Chocolate & Stitches--Adult Beginner Sewing Class

"Tuesday's Chocolate & Stitches"

Do you want to learn to Sew & do you love Chocolate? This might be just what you need!

Stitches:

Starting in December, I will be having an Adult Beginner Sewing Class the 

Second & Last Tuesday of  each month from 4:15-7:15pm at my Quilting Studio.
 *Except for December, only the 10th--you can choose which project you'd like to make.

You may choose one class or both. At each class there will be a different small project that you should be able to finish in the three hours. The skills that these projects will cover are reading a pattern, measuring and cutting with a rotary cutter, ironing, sewing (piecing), applique and binding.

Cost for each class is $20--this covers the Material of the project & Instruction. I also have machines available if you don't have one.

December 10th--

Mug Rugs (set of 2)

OR

       4-Patch Coasters   (set of 8)
*You could keep a set of 4 for yourself and give 4 away for Christmas.

Chocolate:

During each class I will provide a tasty chocolate treat along with yummy beverage.

October Kids Class Group #2

Great fun was had today during our Group #2 Sewing Class. We had a "newbie" attend...welcome Chloe!
The kids were awesome and did a great job with their project- all were completed!

Kids Sewing Class--November Project

Here is the November Project. The girls will be making the multi-colored flower "Messenger Bag" while the boys will be making the blue with fishing theme.

The cost for November is:

Class cost-  $10     (2nd child in family does not have to pay this cost)
Project cost- $10
If you need to use a machine, rental is- $5

October Kids Sewing Class (Group 1)

The kids did an amazing job today during our October Sewing Class. They all finished a cute Pumpkin Mat where they not only did some sewing but also learned to applique and sew buttons!

Adult Quilting Class

Thursday several ladies got together at the Studio to work on the"Calendar Quilt" for October.
Along with sewing fun there were lots of yummy snacks. This group will be meeting Thursday, October 10th at 4:15 to finish the project.
